Debottlenecking

Debottlenecking

Debottlenecking is a method of work that has the objective to identify the process barriers (bottle necks) that cause reductions in production performance or some other operational challenge, and then through the study of the possible causes find solutions to eliminate the identified barriers, in an efficient and cost effective way.  The inefficiencies caused by “bottle necks” can manifest in production output and energy usage, requiring careful examination of existing systems and how they can be modified in a feasible way.

At Alandia Engineering the experience of our specialist engineers in auditing Process, Instrumentation and Control Systems and in surveying electrical loads united with advanced methods of modeling and simulation guarantees the quick identification of the process barriers and their effective elimination generally with minimum disturbances to the regular operation of the plants.
